Hello , i have been lifting for almost 3 years , and i reached 218 lbs at 6'2 .
In 6 and 25 september there are 2 bb competions in my country and i would like to enter them both .
I need help in finding out when i should start preparing for them , should i start now or wait a little longer .
How should i start cutting , i am willing to follow any program that can help me .
If there are other things that i missed , feel free to ask away .

ok how many weeks is it till your comp ?
whats your split now ? no need to really change your split since you cant build muscle whenyou diet only maintain so what ever builds muscle best will maintain best

Who says you cant build muscle while dieting? Maybe not the last 4-6 weeks...but my stregnth has always continued to improve during the early stage of a diet.
