It really is not hard getting a 8-9/10 interested you just have to have the balls to go talk to them, not stay stupid ****, and teeter on the line of being nice/interested and an ass/disinterested.
Once you do it once it is like riding a bike(not roids).
Once you do it enough, you learn its not worth doing for how ****ty most of their personalities are.
