Okay, so I'm leaving for the beach July, 26th and I've been doing insanity for like a week now. I need to define my abs/stomach more. Any tips/help? thanks

No offense, but you should bulk up and get a chest before you worry about a six pack. 90% of girls would rather have a big guy with a flat stomach that a cross country runner with abs. But, if you do want to cut, just cut out as many carbs as you can and up your protein, cardio helps the process also.
