    Calorie needs

I'm looking to build muscle, but not necessarily bulk up. I consume about 1500 calories a day. Should I be consuming more for noticeable muscle growth?

It's impossible to say not knowing your stats. But yeah you have the right idea, probably gonna have to eat more than you usually do. Check out the stickies at the top of the nutrition forum to get you on the right track. Good luck!

Possibly. Have a look at this thread, do a couple quick, simple calculations, and you can figure out what you caloric needs are, including a breakdown of how much protein, fat, and carbs you should be getting to meet your goals.
