Literally can't count calories though lol, not because im in the army and lost any brain power, but because im deployed and well.. im basically told what i can eat, and there is no calorie number above the servings/fat/protein, etc...
Im currently trying to bulk, so i need my calories.. the only foods/snacks that are there daily, that no matter what is served in the main line.. i can get, and those are ...
Salad (typically eat 1 with lunch and one with dinner, no dressing)
Sammichs (turkey/ham with 1 pc cheese, on what bread) with the typical pickle/tom/lettuce/onion..
Beef Jerky (PROTEIN)
Doughnuts (obviously no..)
Ice Cream (NOOOOOOO)
Burgers/Hot dogs, anything grill wise... was considering a Turkey Burger or reg burger for a meal? or bad idea?
drink wise, water and gatorade have been what i stick to.. milk if i can grab it (for weight gainer shake)
So my meals have looked like this..
Breakfast - Bagel with peanut butter (need to get my ass up in the morning so i can grab some eggs/oatmeal huh?) with vitamins and omegas
Snack #1 - Weight Gainer (so i get my calories)
Lunch - Some sort of "healthier" meat choice in the main line, if it exists... and 2 sides of veggies, typically Brocolli and mixed veggies.. rice if its avail, AND a sammich? and vitamins/omegas
Snack #2 - Doesn't exist atm. Thinking of grabbing an apple or something small
Dinner - Same as lunch
and thats it, i workout at about 8 at night, should i eat immediately after workout.. or drink my 2scoops myofusion and eat BEFORE bed?
this might of all been a big mush of info, basically.. I cant count calories, but i need to hit a high amount so i can bulk... should i just grab the best meat choice and veggies per meal, add a salad and/or a sammich... and fix my breakfast/snack #2?
