Hey guys and gals. I'm trying to lose weight. Im lifting 3 days a week and do a spin class 2-3 days a week. My diet is all over the place and I wanted to get some help. Im planning on starting to cook rice, chicken and veggies, and protein shakes. Ive reduced my calories but I still can't lose weight. I'm starting to think I maybe eating too less. I'm 5-10 224 right now, down from 246 and I think I should be around 170-190. Any help would greatly be appreciated and what I should do it continue losing weight.
