    Fastest meals to cook?

So im getting serious with the diet but i have really little time to cook everything i need to eat. So what are some fast cooking recipes that take lets say 10mins to make and taste decently good?

Ex: Tuna Burgers, Oats, Scrambled Eggs, etc.

    Thanks

"All recipes" has a lot under the quick and easy tab
grilled chicken with sauteed veggies is always quick easy and really healthy
beef panini are also both halthy and tasty

breakfast is always easiest and in my opinion tastes the best; oats, eggs, french toast, pancakes, omelets all take 5min

you can make sludges/ protein concoctions with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and/ or protein powders. Throw some nut butters in for fats, cereals/oats/fruits/candy in for carbs and boom, full meal. vary amounts of each for your macro goals. no cooking, takes about 2 minutes to make, and IMO tastes awesome

I usually make some eggs into a sandwich every morning and its pretty dam fast. 10 mins to get everything out, cook, and put back away. Sandwiches are always a easy/quick lunch to make. Throw some meat on bread and your good to go doesn't get much easier than that.

decent depends on the person. I can do a can of tuna, diced red onion, evoo, salt, pepper, and some toast really fast. To me it is a highlight of meals sometimes.

OP just get some frozen chicken breast fillets, let them thaw ahead of time; spice them up and throw them on the grill, done in 10 minutes, toss them in a wrap add lettuce ect
