2.5 Weeks out, Couldnt be more confused
Hey I am 2 weeks out from my show and I am doing Juniors. I am still holding too much fat for where I want to be, but fairly close to the others. I am currentley on T3 and starting another cycle of clen tommorow to try and lose a few pounds of fat in time. No anabolics, so I am looking VERY flat right now.
I'm currentley weighing 153 and hope to be 147ish before I deplete of Carbs and water. I am currentley eating 40/40/40/40/40/120/0 Carbs a day in that Order. Keeping protein very high and fats lowish. Doing an hour of medium paced cardio at night time before bed and having a scoop of Isolate after Cardio.
Any Suggestions to try and rip up with 17 days to go. I am getting pretty confused and scared right now that I will be too fat on stage, however everyone says if I can play a little catchup and lose a few extra pounds I will be able to make it and do well for my division.
Should I continue my current Carb cycle, or move to something different??? And how high should my fats be around now.

what show is it you are doing OP?
I am also two and a half weeks out from competition, Im doing lightweight, currently 158 and the cut off is 154, It would seem to me like you are probably not too far off man, just keep up what you are doing.
you could always try up the cardio, or do it after your workout instead, I know that has helped me.
The last week is going to be crucial, hopefully you can get your peak week right and then it will all work out. good luck!

How about posting a recent picture so we can see what you are talking about.

If you're two weeks out and you're still holding fat, then change 2-3 of those 40-gram-carb days to zero days.

Theres plenty of time.. and honestly i would really up the cardio( add a second session) up your protein a tiny bit and drop your first serving of carbs...split your "fat burner" dosage up..... theres time.. but you have to buckle it down man! petal to the metal man!

Thats for all the encouragement everyone, and yeah, I cut my calories down to 1200 a Day which is killing me but its working, and upped the Cardio to 45min twice a day and that seems to be doing the trick, lost a few skinfolds, and dropped 4 pounds in 5 days.
