Vitals:
age 18
weight: 127 pounds
height 5'9
Body fat: i think im around 10-15, i had it tested at the gym but i think it was inaccurate as they told me i was 7% and i can only just about see my first line of abs if anyone has any suggestions on what they think it is i would be grateful
I have heard a lot of people saying to bulk, and I am not against if but it will be my first bulk how much weight should I try and put on and what bf% should I try and stay around?
At the moment i do gym 3 times a week i do a mile run before my workout and a stomach work out that consists of sit-ups with a medicine ball and ab machine
Monday- Bicep/back/Abs
Tuesday- Chest/Tricep/ Abs
Thursday- Shoulders/ legs/ Abs
I have been doing this for around 2 months and my diet has been a complete mess and i think messed up with my progress if anyone could give me advice i would be very grateful i think i need to start slow bulking but from the fat located in my abs region i dont want to gain too much fat but will be prepared to do so if it will help with my muscle gains my TEE to maintain is 1888 calories any help is appreciated =)
