I'm looking for a response from experienced lifters. I have been training for 1 year and this is what i have achieved this physique natrually. How much muscle do you think i left to put on? I am currently 194lbs. Would i be able to get to 220? This is my ideal weight

How much muscle did you put on last year?
Typically, you'll only be able to put on half as much muscle as you did the year before, so if you put on 25lbs of muscle last year, you can get 12-13lbs this year, and maybe 6lbs of muscle the third year.
In other words, getting to a lean 220 would probably take 2-3 years naturally. You can't help the hopeless.

Jesus Christ you look like you've been training for at least 3 years already. Did you start lifting weights at 170lb at that leanness and gain 25lb of lean mass over the year? It would have taken me a year of lifting at least just to get to your starting stats, lol.
Either you're lying about how long you've been training for, (no offence), or you've got some seriously good genetics that you're capitalising on.
Based on the fat free mass index model, your 194lb 8% bodyfat physique is 24.4, with the natural limit stated as being 25, which would be reached by you gaining 5 pounds of muscle. But only gaining 5lb of muscle mass in your second, third, fourth, fifth, etc, years of lifting? It sounds like you would have an even higher limit.
Not to be negative and limiting, but if you break 205lb at your current bodyfat then I'm not going to know what to believe.'People are gonna remember me as a god forever... Like-like-like Troy, like Chiles heel, I'm a god forever I'll be remembered for thousands of years to come' - Jason Genova
