    My wife

    has started roller derby. I am looking for some sups for her that would help with fat loss, increase endurance, and reduced muscle fatigue. She doesnt have a good tolerance for stims. The last fat loss sup she took was back in 2005 and it was SAN Tight....she acted as if she was on crack. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

    Keeping calories and exercise in check the fat will come off.

    For endurance and muscle fatigue.. a great BCAA with Beta Alanine. Also Citrulline works well for endurance. I have now done 7 half marathons and those have made a huge difference in my weight and running training.

    You get out exactly what you put in. If your wife needs help with her cardio endurance she should do cardio. If she needs to lose fat, eat less cals. Do the work.
