USP Labs Modern BCAA

Taste: 5/10 (Grape Bubblegum)
The taste really puts me off because it does not taste like other BCAA products and i've come to expect that sweet enjoyable drink taste. This product had a bad chemical taste and the aftertaste is just as bad for me.

Mix ability: 7/10
I assume it's due to the preparation of the BCAA but the powder is incredibly fine and it really does mix quite well. The only problem with it is if you put it in a blender it will foam like crazy so I recommend using a shaker cup/blender bottle.


It's not the most expensive BCAA but the taste definitely needs to be changed/improved, at least for me.

When I saw a review for this, I had to assume it wouldn't be positive. I tried the blue raspberry flavor and it tasted horrible and mixed terribly. Seeing as the price was 50% higher than competitors, I was pretty much super pissed. They should be giving us a refund, because that stuff is rotting on my shelf!

I don't remember the name but I had a sample from GNC of this small black tub, it had Post BCAA on it in green lettering. I don't remember what company made it though. It was like a strawberry milkshake, amazing flavor.

If the review had started off with 'I'd like to thank so and so for sending my Modern BCAA', I think the ratings would have been much different . There's been a lot of catering to companies in the review section lately!

To each his own, but the blue razz flavor is my favorite; I switched over from Xtend after that. Great profile, and I like the use of sustamine, rather than glutamine. May cost a little more, but you get what you pay for!

Even if I got something for free i'd put it bluntly. No point in sucking up to company reps when I can just buy the product myself.
