started running over a month ago - and been following a tough workout schedule as well. For a while area above my ankle (left side) of the right leg used to hurt when I would run.
but for a past week, it's been hurting ALOT! I cannot walk properly because it hurts when I put pressure on the leg. what should I do? I trained so much for an upcoming 5K race which is this sunday
please any advise is highly appreciated.
p.s Im 6'1, 190 lbs and used to run 5K or so.
