Hi guys,
Im trying to cut a few founds of fat, Im around 10% body fat so i know its going to reletively difficult. currently im on a 500calorie deficit per day. Im a student so obviously i go out once a week. I always make it so that i keep to the calorie deficit even with the drinking. However, i always used to have food before i go to bed to help prevent a hangover, in the form a meat feast bbq stonebaked pizza which has 103g of carbs, 23g of fat and 38g of protein, i know what they say about carbs before bed being bad and was wondering how much this will set me back in losing this fat if i do eat it? il still be under my carbs and fat for the day but i want to see my lower abs!! recommendations?
