Decided I'm going to use a test booster because mine's not that great for my age (total test = 578). Which would be more effective bf or ape? And which is better value?

Uh, that level is not something to be mad about lol. There are lots of us that would kill for something that high (without enhancement). Do you feel that you've hit some sort of plateau which would necessitate the use of a t booster?

tried both... hahahaha i like how i feel on ape also feel that its body recomposition aspects are ****ing amazing.... but bioforge is right up there too both have more then enough blood test results.... take a 2 month run of both and see how you like them... but if you want something that will really hit, ape is the one...

That said, of the two formula wise BioForge impresses me and the results when I stacked it with XFactor 60ct was phenomenal honestly the felt like my days of using low dosed gear.
