    Need help with my routine

    Hello Guy.. Ive been trying to get cut for s little while and i dont know what im doing wrong here is my work out routine..... Monday and thursday i do Bench Press Flat and incline 3 sets of 8 of 225 lbs, incline 185 lbs then i do 3 sets or back rows3 sets of of dips, 3 sets of curls 35 lbs dumbells 6 reps, cable crossovers 3 sets of 10 repsand 3 sets of shoulder press 2 50lbs dumbells.. on tuesday and friday i do leg work outs and wedesday and the weekencs are my off day.. i can tell that im getting bigger but my definition isnt looking to well.. what am i doing wrong and should i add something in????
