    5 Day work out split

    Hey what is a good 5 day workout split routine if your a teen and want to build muscle. Also should i take whey and multi-vitamins?

    (if you're a teen starting training you're probably better off doing a 3x per wYeek full body program likE all pro's or starting strength. Whey and multis are supplements, focus on getting your diet right (check the nutrition section) before worrying about them)
