i saw on numerous occasions bodybuilders eating white rice anyone know why they are eating this instead of brown>? unless its post work out... i dont see why they are eating it.
anyway when i eat white rice i feel like im cheating... since it has 0 nutrition content besides (Carbohydrate)

White rice being "bad" is damn near a BB myth. There is very little difference in protein (yes, both white and brown have approx 4g & 5g per cup, respectively), carbs and calories. While it is true that white rice is merely brown rice stripped of it's husk, along with some nutrients, it's a far cry from white rice being bad for you. Go ahead.....check out and compare a cup of brown to a cup of white on any source like Fitday.
