    most restaurants will have a chicken breast platter...and you just replace the starch with veggies...should just look up some of the menus online...outside of chicken platters most will have some form of steak platter...but grilled chicken breast would probably be the healthier alternative, and cheaper...

    It's the bread you often see marbled. Full bodied, drop tasting, slighly sour and chewy with a crisp crust. Absolutely delicious imo

    Its ok i got up to 1600 cals to spare still, doesnt matter low calorie or not. And i meant if its good for you as wheat bread but thx i ordered Pastrami with Whole Rye, Veggies, Masi Soup, Chili and a bottle of water cuz there was a mininum charge of 15 llol.
