Long story short i need to order some food and i need one thats high in protein and healthy, any recommendations?

most restaurants will have a chicken breast platter...and you just replace the starch with veggies...should just look up some of the menus online...outside of chicken platters most will have some form of steak platter...but grilled chicken breast would probably be the healthier alternative, and cheaper...
