Your workout routine is irrelevant to your goal. You "achieve a lean body mass to cut from 14%BF to 10%" through diet.

No.
You lift to maintain and build muscle and strength while you cut. Your diet needs to be spot on so that you have the necessary macros to support development, energy requirements, and other bodily functions.
However, if your goal is JUST 10% bodyfat, you could do it with diet alone as you will lose fat faster than you will muscle.
Cardio is not required , however, a larger caloric deficit can be created by doing cardio. Your goal should be to create a 1-2lb (3500-7000 calorie) deficit under maintenance per week causing you to lose 1-2lbs of fat assuming you are eating your protein.*Disregard Females Acquire Bagels crew*

I would also add that if you want to lose bodyfat, it would be beneficial to you to learn how to manipulate your diet properly to suit your goals. Don't rely on your activity to do this. If for some reason you cannot maintain this activity level and you do not understand nutrition, you will just end up gaining the weight back.

Im not saying you make a good point, but I mean being 195 and 10% bodyfat IMO is not hard to achieve maybe thats just me cause that what I'm right now about. (if you look at my pics, they are old) but also i mean look at football players like WR RB or DB's they are at least 180-200lbs with some low bodyfat as well.

If you want to stay 190 and lower your bodyfat.
You can either do drugs. Or you can culk.
Culk takes a lot longer than a standard bulk/cut.
You either can bulk and cut for short little periods of time to "culk" or you can figure out how many calories per day someone at your age, height, and acitivity level needs to eat to maintain 190lbs and 10% bodyfat.
This method will either drop fat at first or cause you to gain fat, but in theory everything will balance out in the end and your target will be met.
Kinda falls in like with "culking" to some degree.
Just remember takes a whole.
Google Alan Aragon culking and you'll get a better picture vs my ghetto summary.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
