So I play lacrosse and usually go to the gym after lacrosse so I don't like to do legs considering I don't want ,y legs to be dead for games. So this is what I usually do but I don't know if it's gonna injure me and I would like something more set.
Bench press 5x5
Preacher curls 5x5
And than I use the machines to do more curls and triceps, I also do the machine that is the rows sitting down.
If anyone has any ideads or help I would appreciate it, thanks a lot.
