Okay So I've been doing squats according to babylovers but since 3-4 days I got this pain at muscle at inner tight area. Its the muscle head near the genital area. My question is that is there any thing I can do maybe to reduce weight put on that muscles while doing squats? Just like you can take a wide grip to hit more on chest at bench. If not is it maybe better to stop doing squats and do isolation exercises for hamstrings and quadriceps? I know that those cant replace compound lift squat but I dont want to stop doing all my legs exercises...
