    Sup dude id change purple wrath by LEUCINE theres some scientifical studies that testify Leucine is the mainly precursor of synthesis, cuz it gives the message to the brain to begin the recovery !!

    It would be wise to get bulk creatine. Not only is it cheap per serving but Craze @ one scoop may not satisfy a fulls day worth of creatine need (I maybe wrong). Unless your using multiple scoops for Craze, having bulk creatine is always a good thing.
