hi i have a question...i am currently counting calories to lose weight as well as working out to build muscle. i was wondering if someone can help me with with a good protein bar i can eat for breakfast because currently i do not eat breakfast..i get up at 430 am and start work at 6 between those times i do not have time to sit down and eat so i was thinking of getting bars to eat that would be a good amount of calories(not to high) to substitute for breakfast. this way i can eat while driving to work?

Make your own. Plenty of recipes floating around the forum
Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.
