Back at it...
I have been gone on a vacation this past week, so that is the reason for the lack of updates. I was able to keep up with my training for the most part on vacation, but had to switch a few things up due to the availability of some equipment. My lifts stayed consist through out and the effects of Tonic really have began to kick in. My libido has increased noticeably and the motivation levels have maintained for the most part. My diet this past week was not as clean as it needed to be, but I am really looking forward to getting back on track the next week.

Monday: Back and Abs
Deadlifts: 4 sets x 10-4 reps
Pullups: 5 sets x 10 reps
Dumbbell Rows: 3 sets x 10 reps
T-Bar Rows: 3 sets x 10 reps
Crunches: 4 sets x 25 reps
Hanging Leg Raises: 4 sets x 10 reps
After a crazy last couple weeks, things are finally settling down again and I am really able to focus back on my training. I was really in the zone today and felt great from the get go. Probably my biggest improvement thus far while using Tonic has been my DB Rows finally getting back to some numbers I was throwing around before I fell off the lifting wagon a bit. I was able to put up 110x6, which was a great feeling. The sweat and work continues to keep on rolling. One thing I have noticed about Tonic is I haven't gotten that aggressive feeling like I have had on other t-boosters, which is a bit of positive and a negative at the same time. Positive for those who have to deal with me and a negative for me as I that extra aggression can go a long way in the weight room.Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew

Really good pump in the gym today, which for any arm today is a huge plus. Motivation was steady throughout the entire workout and even through some yard work today ha. The motivation aspect continues to be the strongest point of Tonic thus far which is a huge plus.Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew

Kind of hectic few days on the road, but was able to find a gym close by and bought a couple day pass. My legs are still coming back around and I still haven't really started hitting them as hard as I need to due to the work I just started again recently. My Squat numbers are slowly rising after breaking my back some years back and really avoiding squats on a regular basis for that reason. I was able to hit 225x8 making sure I hit things really slowly. My recovery has been a bit more improved as of late while on Tonic, which is great with the construction work I have been doing. By the time chest day rolled around yesterday, damn I was drained. My bench was off a bit, but improved my DB Incline by about 5lbs to 80x10. The motivation is still maintaining and really haven't seen any huge changes to the the overall effects of Tonic this past week, which is not a bad thing what so ever. Just hoping the motivation from Tonic can push me through this summer of construction work as I try to find a teaching job ha. Hope everyone has a great weekend.Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew

Great job hitting 225x8. I've found it's taking me FOREVER to get my squat numbers to do anything. But I do enjoy the challenge. Glad to hear you were able to get a gym pass... that's dedication. When I'm on vacation it's ixnay on the gymbay. Construction work will be like a workout itself. Sounds like things are firing on all cylinders though.

Gym was closed due to Memorial Day yesterday and wanting to add in some extra rest I decided to skip Arms this week and really focus on my back. Today really just was not my day. Like I had mentioned a bit earlier, starting to feel a bit run down already with the construction work and trying to lift heavy regularly. Felt great towards the end of last week, but the DOMS and fatigue hit me like a ton of bricks. I had been swinging a sledgehammer for most of last week and today my lats were still sore/tired from it. The warm-up sets today felt like a challenge ha. I decided to keep the reps a bit higher and lower the weight. My DB row maxed at 80x10 today. I am hoping that lightening the load a bit helps. The motivation is still there from Tonic, but just hope the physical effects can equal that of the motivation.

Today was my normally scheduled off day and turned into another travel day. I will be traveling quite a bit over the next few days with work since I am yet to get put into a solid schedule, which is pissing me off if you can imagine ha. I have put close to 1,500 miles on my car since last week . People that cannot drive and some of the added aggression from Tonic are not a good mix. Ahhh the open road.

Trust me I am trying to get my meals in man ha. I am getting about 4 meals a day in if I am lucky with 1-2 being a protein bar which really isn't a meal. Only positive so far has been that I have dropped 10lbs of much needed weight and after hearing what I will be doing this weekend it will probably be closer to 18 lbs ha. Just doing my best to do what I can mayne ha.

Thursday: Legs
Barbell Squats: 5 sets x 20-8 reps
Leg Ext: 3 sets x 15-10 reps
Lying Leg Curls: 4 sets x 15-10 reps
As you can note the work schedule this past week has been INSANE, but I should finally be in a decent routine starting next week. The hotel I am staying at just redid their entire fitness center so they had a squat rack to my surprise and some other basic machines. Work kissed my ass today and essentially was deadlifting various bars and bags of metal the entire day (strict form of course ha). Really just stuck to the basics and picked up the tempo a bit. I was not even close to my 225x8 achievement of last week, due to obvious reasons. The fact that I still had the motivation to get in do work is on all Tonic at this point because the bed looks a lot better most of the time. I was working outside today and the sweat factor of Tonic continues to be INSANE. I will also say I have noticed my recovery improve a bit as in the work I am doing right my back, shoulders, and arms are always killing me and the soreness has been tamed a bit. Well the bed finally calls me haha.Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew

Wrapped up the first bottle of Tonic over the weekend and cracked open the second one today. Thoughts from Bottle one:
-Motivation: This has been the best part of Tonic thus far. Motivation in the gym has been amazing as of late, especially considering the 10 hour work days doing construction I started recently.
-Aggression: Has been pretty balanced like I said. Not too much, not too little. Haven't been ready to rip any heads off just yet.
Great day in the gym today, especially since I had the day off. I was able to hit 130x2 on DB Rows, which is even to my last PR. Really was ready to kill it today and did. Damn it felt good to catch a few extra ZZZs and with the motivation from Tonic, it was a good day.

Back to Civilization
Sorry for the lack of updates fellas. I have been working out in the boondocks and needless to say had ZERO access to cell service or wi-fi anywhere, so that meant no gym as well plus a trip to the ER for the early stage of a staph infection. I cut the dose of Tonic in half this week since I wasn't working out and just did what I could, which was swing a sledgehammer for 40 hours this week. Fun stuff. The trip to the ER was a couple a days ago and all is well now. Just had to be pumped with some antibiotics. With the craziness of this past week behind me, I hope to get back on track this week. I apologize for the delays again.Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew

Life is remaining crazy, but I am still doing the best I can to do work. Had a really great back session today, which I credit largely to Tonic. I was really in the zone today and felt that my aggression was a bit higher than usual, which in the gym is a plus . I hit 200x8 on the BB Rows after deciding to switch it up a bit, which is a PR for me. BB Rows are one lift I have never been strong at and felt good to hit a PR, so myself and Tonic must be doing something right. Really trying hard to get my meals in, only plus is I already have lost around 15lbs the past month or so. Only a couple more weeks left of Tonic and really said to think the run will endOfficial Supp. Misc Beer Crew

Was nice to get an arms day in today after a long day at work. Had a great pump going from the start, which definitely adds to the motivation. Lifts were all right on par today, with no real improvements. I will be traveling again tomorrow, but looks like I should have a gym and thankfully internet access. Another crazy week of work and travel coming to an end now. I had to skip leg day this week because a 10 hour work day turned into 16. Not fun at all. Got a nice workout in this AM before work. I decided to switch it up a bit day and go DB over BB press. Hit 110x4 which is another PR for me set on Tonic. The past few days I've felt the motivation and aggressiveness subside a bit but I assume it's more the traveling catching up to me. Have a good weekend everyone.Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew
