Question Cardio on the treadmill intensity?

    Hey guys

I have a question about walking on the treadmill ok im going about 2.9 3.0 for 3 sets of 20 15 minutes apart.but im not sure if thats good enough to drop significant pounds but its probaly as fast as i can go right now so in commbined with my now strict diet would that be enough? and how should i add variety to my routine to keep the body guessing?

I would hit up the elliptical machine. It's much easier on your joints at stronger heart intensities.

Also, do 2 exercises after your cardio, each involving 3 sets of either Bench press, leg-press, or lat-pull. Pick one new exercise each session. After that, hit up the sit-up machine.

I just do 40-60 mins at 3.0 mph at the highest incline on my treadmill first thing when I wake up on a empty stomach. That pits me at about 130-140 HR I take a green tea pill and 1500 mg of Lcarnite prior.

This works great for me to keep me lean when I am gaining mass and really helps me lean out when I adjust calories down.

To me steady state for longer periods burns fat for me better than intervals and I feel like I keep more muscle. Try a few different approaches and see what works best. Trial and error.
