That wasn't my point. I'll try to be clearer. You have A and you have B. You cannot say hey A, since you are an A we'll give you C b/c all A's get C's. Now B, since you are a B you'll get D, since all B's get D's. Don't worry B, D is the same as C. That is most likely violation of equal protection.
