Supposedly, the US Army would distribute jumbo condoms in war zones, marking them in the various languages, "Standard American Condom." The idea was to tell the enemy that American were bring more than the usual firepower to the battle.
I've always thought that would be pointless. Perhaps it is my logical mind, but the length and breadth of the enemy would not concern me. Sure, it may be a problem for the gays and women, but that's why you don't let them in combat. If I have a gun and the other guy has a big dick, I'm liking my odds.
