    Need experts' help

    So if I want to bulk up while losing my body fat, would good diet + cardio on off days do it? OR should I just bulk like crazy and not care much about cardio then cut like crazy after that? Which one is more effective?
    I'm very skinny 142lbs thanks

    You don't need an expert's help by any stretch of the imagination, you need to read the stickies at the top of the nutrition section to calculate your TDEE and macro requirements then decide on a goal. If you're skinny you'll want to bulk up, eat 10-20% over maintenance TDEE with sufficient protein and fat and you'll put on muscle, but also a small bit of fat.
