So I want to gain muscle and not gain fat. I want to carb cycle but I need help. I don't really know what I'm doing, but here is a plan I made. Please critique it. I am 19 years old, male and 150 pounds.
Monday: High carb, chest/bicep/abs/swim 20 laps
Tuesday: No carb, jog 5 miles
Wednesday: Medium, legs/abs/swim 20 laps
Thursday: No carb, jog 5 miles
Friday: high carbs, Back/shoulders/tris/abs/swim 20 laps
Saturday: No carb, run 5 miles
Sunday: medium, rest
