    Carb cycle help

So I want to gain muscle and not gain fat. I want to carb cycle but I need help. I don't really know what I'm doing, but here is a plan I made. Please critique it. I am 19 years old, male and 150 pounds.

Monday: High carb, chest/bicep/abs/swim 20 laps
Tuesday: No carb, jog 5 miles
    Wednesday: Medium, legs/abs/swim 20 laps
Thursday: No carb, jog 5 miles
Friday: high carbs, Back/shoulders/tris/abs/swim 20 laps
Saturday: No carb, run 5 miles
    Sunday: medium, rest

When bulking there is nearly always some degree of fat gain. To limit this eat at a 10% surplus. It will lead to a slow bulk while limiting fat gains.

No need to carb cycle, it is not necessary.

I'm pretty sure you shouldn't have days with NO carbs. Try low carbs (low = 15-20% of calories) but not no carbs.

not to mention darn near impossible
even eggs, peanut butter, nuts, cheese, seasonings, spices
You would have to eat plain beef/chicken/fish and butter/oil
