Lately, I've been noticing many iSatori threads and how great their R&D is. Well, I never bothered looking into an iSatori product... and now I understand why.
For starters, does anyone from the iSatori clan want to explain to me what "Natural Sustained-Release Caffeine" is?
Secondly, could you explain how you managed to get "Natural Sustained-Release Caffeine" in an aqueous solution?
Also, I was hoping the R&D team could explain the presence of such ineffective compounds such as 7-Methoxyflavone, arginine, gugglesterones, ect. Thanx in advance.

Wonder if it was the "Natural Sustained-Release Caffeine"?
Still though, I'm not going to give them credit just because their stimulant product works. They boasted about their R&D, and have little to back their notion [and in just this particular case e.g. aqueous sustained release caffeine, they have zero evidence to back up their claims].~

Hey OP hows it going?
I'll try and help answer your questions first caffeine can be bound in an aqueous solution using tetracationic peptide ± porphyrin conjugates Zn-1 (not exactly sure what that means to be honest) I just know that it is possible to create an aqueous solution with caffeine. Can't say that is exactly what iSatori uses, because's the chemical make up on that level was not given too me but i doubt many would really know that about their product without looking into it.
Natural caffeine vs synthetic is simply describing the source. Natural caffeine comes from coffee/tea etc, synthetic is created in a lab soley as caffeine. I suppose its just preference where you get it from, seems easier and more cost efficient to extract it from a coffee or tea source IMO but don't quote me on that.
In terms of why we use certain ingrediants, well the supplement industry is an evolving field. 1 minute every loves this ingredient, the next its bogus. There are tons of info published each day that supports or debunks claims, the industry doesn't really have a large governing body that requires vary stages of approval for efficiency, efficacy etc like the pharmaceutical industry. Now we can't just drop a product the second the industry shifts and doesn't favor one product, and just because a few ingredients might not be as favorable anymore doesn't mean the product isn't effective. I doubt their are many companies who have been around for 10+ years that hasn't made a product that wasn't 100% perfect.
I don't design the products but I have tried many and I enjoy all of them. Specifically I think Restoraid is one of the top Intra workout products on the market, Eat Smart Bars are delicious, and Hardcore energize is an awesome focus tool for studying/working out.

Sustained release caffeine can be made by placing it in a capsule that does not get destroyed in an aqueous environment immediately, rather swells and remains intact.
