    help me pick from these

hey all. just needed some advice on which exercises i should pick . currently following a starting routine from this website itself.

basically i work my back twice a week. one day of which is for pull ups.

for the second day, should i be doing dumbbell rows, pull downs or cable rows? or does it not matter?

similarly, for my triceps i shall be doing dips on one day. the second day, should i stick to close grip bench press or push downs?

i cant do deadlifts etc cos of a lower back injury im carrying

If you are going to do mostly pullups on the first day then you should focus on rows for the second time around.
For triceps, make sure that within the 2 workouts you hit all 3 heads of the muscle.

    This.

Horizontal and vertical pulls are the staples of a back routine. Make sure you're covering both.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
