    body ache

it seems my whole body aches from time to time. One day my knees and neck hurt. Other days, my shoulder start to hurt. I took this week off and only did easy exercises such as arms, abs... no compound movement except for the bench press. I am contemplating taking another week off. Is this normal? Truth be told, I hurt my knees doing squats, and my neck doing chin ups.... but my shoulder started to hurt... I feel like a wreak... help?
    Disregard aesthetics, acquire strength

It could be you're form but im not sure. Look up instructional videos to make sure your doing them correctly. On the other hand it might be the weight you are using. The exercises shouldn't make you feel alot of pain or no pain for that matter.Form over weight always

I would initially think that it would be your form.

It doesn't take much to tweak something if you're swinging around the weights, cheating on certain exercises etc.

Like RG said, double check your form to make sure you're training correctly.
