i have seen a lot of transformation threads with a starting body similar to yours. eat more, serious, most important part. don't compare yourself to others on here its a vicious cycle that never ends and you will never be satisfied with your progress. stick to it man you will get there.

I started out at 15yo at 225lb 29%bf.

Once I started getting to a lower bf I also worried about my wide ass hips, but once I got low enough I couldn't really notice.

Here's a pic of me at 16yo, 175 @12ish%


Hips are were 34+ inches wide. Just gotta get that mass and cut to a low bf. It will all come with time.

Edit: Didn't read the whole thing. I also have puffy nipps and the worst lovehandles out of anyone I know, they also go away with lower bf.

You have the right body template for a ripped up endomorph. Just eat a LOT more and keep lifting. 5 months should have been more progress you must be doing it wrong.

I've seen 10x worse. You can definitely turn it around.
