I've been training in the gym for almost 5 month now. I started off on the weight of 8.11 stone. Which i belive is 114pounds!! i'm 6ft.
Now after a few month training i am 140pounds..not much i know!! i really need to eat more and i'm trying but it's tough at times.
Now this is my problem, at my height and weight i should still be getting noob gains surely, i'm skinny as hell still!! i usually train 3/4/5 days a week but a freind of mine, once a very big and ripped guy, tells me i need to train harder and he was at the gym twice a day.
I would go the gym 7 days a week to get gains!! but i'm bulking or trying to, and most people tell me to go to the gym 3-4 days a week and let my muscles recover, to much gym isn't going to give good gains!!
What's your opinions?!
