WELCOME TO THE TRADITIONAL WETSHAVING THREAD. HOME OF THE TRADITIONAL WETSHAVERS CREW!

WHAT WE DO:
ITT we shave with straight razors and double edge safety razors older than your father
ITT we we whip up shaving lather with badger and/or boar hair brushes
ITT we discuss shaving techniques, products, anything that is alpha
ITT we will pass this on to our kids and grandkids

WHAT WE DON'T DO:
ITT we don't shave with mass produced, stamped out, multi-blade cartridges
ITT we don't use run of the mill shaving foams your mother gets from Walmart
ITT we don't act like delicate floral specimens, swaying in a gentle breeze on a summers eve
ITT TROLLS and doubters leave your Vagisil at the door

Edwin Jagger D/E 89 with lord blade < these blades actually aren't bad, below feathers and astras for me, but not bad

Penhaligons was a nice cream, the only thing was, to me it didnt really smell like the cologne, it didnt smell so much of pine and spices but it rather smelled like Fruit loops, so weird. My rinsed out brush smells much more piney and refreshing, but the lather and the cream I swear reminds me of fruit loops

We do , a DE or straight, thats traditional wet shaving vs modern which is disposable expensive plastic razors(fusion,mach3,ect)

Had an excellent shave with a Dorco blade yesterday.... mind blown.

switched from a mach 3 to a DE razor a few weeks ago, fuark can't believe I was shaving with a disposable for so long..you get so much closer with a DE. plus it looks sexy as ****:

I know that feel brah! Shaving the one truly exclusive Man's ritual. its a shame more brahs don't harken back to the old days and truly take the time to enjoy it and look sexy and alpha as fuaark while shaving like our grandaddies did.
