    1k+ to whoever can recomend me a full body split routine.

    I have access to a real gym starting next month so I want to do something new besides all pro routine with my bench/squat rack. Something with chest day, back day, leg day etc. I was thinking to start PHAT but I wanted some other opinions aswell. Thanks dudes!

    wendler's 5/3/1, there are a few different variations. BBB, bodybuilder templates, etc. If i chose one it would be BBB prob.

    This. Program 5/3/1 so you hit muscle groups twice a week or every 8 days (ABA BAB etc)

    5/3/1 BBB3MC template is a great mixture of traditional 531 and PHAT. In some ways its better than PHAT.

    I put on 10 pounds of LEAN mass while losing 2 pounds of fat, tested by hydrostatic weighing in a hospital. I did this in the first 2 months of the BBB challenge... I am going to finish out and retest, and either run it again, or cut while using some variation of it.
