"Last section visited", or "Most visited section" button on Control Panel

Personally, it's very tedious to go from Control Panel, checking on subscribed threads frequently, to the forum/section I visit on a regular basis (like the Miscellaneous section). It would be great if there was an easily accessible button in members' Control Panels for the sections visited frequently. Maybe a button titled

Last section visited, for accessing the section visited previously
or,
Most visited section, for accessing sections visited frequently by the member
