I'd say, if you want to maximize fornication, you should accept the expiration date of your new boyfriends sexual frenzy and make yourself as available as possible until he gets bored. Joint pain can be caused my muscle weakness or imbalance, I believe. my particular issue at the wrist was solved by rubbing 'trigger points' on my forearms. the same thing might work for your issue. i was surprised at how well that worked
