I been trying to figure out how many calories in 1 scoop of myofusion with 12 oz of skim milk? I checked the search but can't find anything close to this ..

My other program is telling me that it is about 279 calories ? is this correct?

Your program is right ..
myofusion: 1 Scoop (36g) is 150 cals
Skimmed Milk: 12oz is (around) 135 calories
So .. around 285

If you want lower cals, sub S.milk with almond unsweetened milk.
