When they come off the......, you know.
Its those Victor pics from today that got me wondering. I mean wtf.
For example, do you think Arnie was natty in his movie days? Is that ammount of mass retainable? Kinda makes me feel **** for those guys. It takes so much work to get there but can get lost so easily :/

Vic was in jail for 7 months. We have no idea how (or if) he was lifting and how he was eating.
Also, consider that he probably didn't have time/resources to return his body to a state of homeostasis so close to a contest (right after the Arnold Euro).PRs - Sq / B / D / Total

The thing that always shocks me without fail is when you see a Pro who's stopped lifting for any reason, just how f*cking small they get. They don't even look like big natty's anymore.
A good example is Mustafa Mohammed or Daz Ball.Novice Athletic Tall winner and Overall Athletic winner
at the 2014 NABBA Waikato Champs.

I asked my friend Barry who smokes the green wacky backy sticky icky and he said 7lb.
hope that answers your question op
Also Barry challenges you to a marble dual fight and he's serious. You basically throw marbles at eachother until one of you fall and bleed to death.Owe 2 reps to: BBNobu

Barry says no.
He is 270lb, 274lb if he ate at Sizzlers.
He also says he once lost 9lb from having violent diarrhea after he ate a pie from the Servo down in cavill street, btw they have a good deal on atm for redbull.
Barry says he prefers Mother but I think he's a silly goober who has mother issues and then he told me when he was a baby sucking on his mothers tit she dropped him and maybe thats why he has mother issues. I personally clearly think that is the reason he loves mother energy drink.Owe 2 reps to: BBNobu

Vic was in jail for 7 months. During this time he ate pitiful amounts of food that would hardly feed your average skinny adult male, he didn't workout at all or have access to any equipment and he had no extra drugs. He probably spent nearly all day inside reading and the only access to drugs he had was TRT dosage test from a script.
If you're talking about an IFBB pro who wasn't in jail, yes, they will maintain A LOT of their mass. Lol @ people who think losing muscle is this easy if you're not in jail.

Anyone who radically changes their diet and exercise habits is gonna experience radical changes in body composition. If I stopped eating like I eat now and had to eat crap in small amounts 3 times a day and stopped training like I train now (I'm assuming Vic didn't have access to weights), I'd be willing to bet I'd lose at least 10-15lbs in only 2 months. I don't even wanna know what I'd look like in 7 months if all I did was sit and rot in a cell.

Excerpts from Victor Interviews:
RH: What kind of equipment do you have access to?
VM: Nothing except a chin-up bar. No weights at all. There are only so many chin-ups, push-ups and crunches you can do before it gets redundant. I'm trying not to atrophy too much, but at the same time I can't worry too much about it either.
RH: How's the food?
VM: Mostly slop. They feed you enough to keep you alive. There's stuff that looks like tuna, but it's not tuna. Stuff that looks like bologna or turkey, but it's not. A lot of “mystery meat.” They do give you tons of bread, but it's all white bread. No wheat or whole-grain in here! We can't have supplements either, or else I would be having my MHP shakes and pudding every day. I could hold my weight if I ate all the carbs and sugar, but I don't want to put fat on. The commissary here makes big bucks selling candy to the inmates. There are guys walking out of here with three or four cavities and diabetes! No thanks. I'll lose a little muscle instead.
RH: How does Hudson County compare with Rikers Island, where you were for 60 days a few years ago?
VM: It's all the same. Jail is jail. You got guys in here doing federal time and others doing state time. At least at Rikers some of the corrections officers let me work out in their gym and got me some extra food. Working out would really help me mentally right now, but it's not an option.
MD: I hate to ask you this, but a ton of people on the MD boards have been speculating and wondering what you weigh now. Do you even know? Do you have access to a scale?
VM: No, but I don’t need a scale. I feel about 230, and I know my body pretty well so that’s gotta be close. I came in here at about 265. I won’t lose any more weight, though. I’ve leveled off and this is where my body will stay.
MD: Has the exercise situation improved? Do you have access to any weights at all?
VM: Nope. Listen up, meatheads— don’t do anything in the state of New Jersey, ‘cus there ain’t no weights in their jails!
