well, yeah lol. im also doing it, waited long enough just like u said, its quite hard test thats what all pts at gym say, the hardes one, you actually need to do it in one of their building and its not an open book test. study that ****z! they also say you can get a job in every gym with a NASM certification cause its so reputable.Get a crew cut. Everybody knows a short haircut makes you look bigger. Really though, I suggest going all the way and shaving it off. Grow a goatee too. This will suffice during your hypertrophy-phasse till there's an 8 pack of hotdogs on the back of your neck.

Training is whack bro. You gotta forget everything you know. You're a salesman before a trainer and nobody wants to be a bodybuilder, everybody wants to be 'fit' and 'healthy' which is a far cry from what we do.
