This is his 5th time for squat , he tried 80 kg for 1 rep

Normally knees past the toes isn't a big deal, but in your friends case it seems like it is slightly affecting his balance.
It'll also help him drive through the heels if you teach him how to sit back properly.
If I'm not mistake his grip should be wider.
Low bar- close grip
High bar- farther grip?
Feel free to correct me on the last point anyone who enters this thread.

Can't tell anything from that vid.
Re-shoot it from the side to include the foot and the full travel of the bar.
Shoot a second vid from the front or back.
Have him perform several reps.
Tell that knucklehead who bent down in front of the camera at :09 to gtfo.No brain, no gain.
