Teacher accused me of being "Not Natty" in front of the entire class today. (srs)

In my Anatomy class we were talking about muscles and what makes them grow, by taking in calories, protein, carbs, etc. He said muscles can only get to a certain point naturally and anyone beyond that point is using Drugs to make them grow. One student (skinny *******) asked the teacher "My friend is about 170 lbs and 6' and can see abs, do you think he's joocing?" The teacher said "Without a doubt." This guy has to be retarted.
I raised my hand and told him I'm getting close to 190lbs and im the same height and I've never taken any drugs to build muscle.
my teacher laughed and said "So you say"
I said "excuse me?" My teacher said "Look it's not my business what you do in your spare time but its pretty obvious." I told him "Not really, there all people twice my size that are natural. I'm really not even that big".
He rolled his eyes and said "I'm not going to get into this right now. Case closed."
Made me rage.

I'm honestly not even big compared to alot of dudes i know that are natty.
What can i say to him next time i see him?
