    Muscle recovery and frequency

I am doing a low volume routine, however im succesptable to doms and get them from doing 1 set or 30 sets...

So my question is how do you know if your ready to go again? or if its better to wait?

I dont mean ready to go as in lift the weight again, as because its low volume i could probabily lift the next day, but i mean how long does it need to recover and GROW before you workout? or does it not matter as long as your providing progressive overload?
    thanks

In general big muscle takes 4-5days to be fully recovered, and small muscle takes 2-3days. But In detail, it depends on how much muscle fibers u killed-.-. Buy a notebook and write down, weights ,reps, sets and time rested.
