I've been looking for some high fat foods to complete my diet and all a web search seems to give are advice on cutting fat from a diet.
I have about 20g of fat left to find. Previously I'd been eating salmon to up my fat intake but living as a student means I can't really afford that on a daily basis. Any suggestions on how to bump this up would be very helpful

Not much of an answer for today; I think you'll struggle to find a food at the end of the day with 20g of fat, with no protein or carbs. EDIT assuming you don't want to eat butter or drink oil alone.
So in future add oils, butters, fatty spreads throughout the day. Drink full fat milk. Eat peanut butter.Last edited by layarph; 04-27-2012 at 03:50 AM.
"Never attempt to train yourself into a caloric deficit. Don't spend hours on the treadmill. Diet comes first, cardio second. The dumbest fat loss strategy ever devised is used by people that wake up early in the morning before going to work to do cardio and follow that up with "recovery shake." Congratulations, you just wasted two hours of your life." Martin Berkhan

This may sound crazy, I mean, this is just my opinion, but if I had 20g of fat to fill I would either:
A) put a whole lot more butter on my baked potatoes and olive oil on my salads, or;
B) find a mixed food worth 180 calories and not get too worried about it, or;
C) eat more than 20g of fat and scale back the rest to compensate.Controlled Labs • Orange Triad | Oximega | Glycergrow
