I have a very busy next 7 weeks! 3 Full Power Powerlifting meets in 7 weeks. Then after that I am taking a nice long off season till December 1st where I will compete at the West Coast Open Powerlifting Championships. At the WCO I plan on ending 2012 with a BIG BANG! 2250 Raw Total is the Goal at that meet.

Smoked everything today! Really happy with how this meet went down! I can't wait to tear it up on May 12th! Can't wait to use a real squat bar insead of the ****ty one that was at this comp!! Watch right before my 843 squat I had to grab the side of the weights to stop if from shaking!! NUTS so unstable it was like a core workout just trying to keep it from shaking on the way down!

463--GOOD! No Pain in the Pec at all. Just a little Tightness
Scratched the rest just as Planned

700--GOOD! MEET PR!
Scratched saving a big pull for May 12th

Can't wait to Squat on the Iron Wolf Squat Bar at the Meet in May!!! Much more stability!
