I truly feel I am juggernaut!!!This is great. Today was shoulders, had a good workout and followed it up with 50 minutes of cardio. Tomorrow is arms. I plan on supersetting biceps and triceps.

I thought I started an intro thread but I could not find it anywhere. Sorry about that.
It's so nice to become part of this group!
I'm very excited , and can't wait. I purchased the Juggernaut pre workout and the beta alanine. My goal is to get my bodyfat down to about 2% and and maintain somewhere close to that. I will train my hardest and eat like a champ!!! I want to motivate people and be an inspiration to them.

Today was arms. Everything was supersetted. I kept my heart rate up very high during the whole workout. Sweated like a pig. I took aminos pre and post workout. Everything was 12-15 reps. That's what works best for me on arms. Pumping alot of blood into them. Post workout was a shake with 48 grams of protein and 5 grams glutamine, and 3 rice cakes. Finished up the workout with 25 minutes of cardio. I will do 25 minutes again later tonight.

Well for major muscle groups like legs, back, etc. I will do about 6 exercises, 3 sets for each exercise, and my rep range is anywhere from 10-15. I like that rep range because I get a good pump. For arms I only do 3 exercises for bi's and 3 for tri's. Its a small muscle so I figure I dont need as much for it. Also its getting hit on chest and back day. My current split is
Monday-chest
Tuesday-back
Wednesday-legs
Thursday-shoulders
Friday-arms
Saturday-abs
Sunday-rest.
Cardio is done 50 minutes 6 days per week. split into two sessions.
I will keep youguys updated on my workouts with more detail.

2% body fat!!
I am currently at 4-5 bodyfat%. Energy levels are a little low. But the mirror makes me get my energy back when I realize the way I feel is my body changing . I have to keep remembering that throughout my day. Any time your doing your cardio and you feel like stopping you have to keep going because that's when your tapping into those stubborn fat stores. I want my glutes to have striations dammit!!!!!I'm so close.

im on a low carb high fat diet... protein doesnt change for me...
i dont really count macros, did better without counting, recently gained weight and lost bodyfat so my diet is working for me..
but generally I'm eating lower carbs for 3 days (if i had to guesstimate, its about 60g carbs..), those days i up my fat intake... then next day, i increase my carbs and low fat... then go back again to low carb high fat..
so it's basically 2 high carb days, 1 of those is also a cheat meal...Henry Pun ---->>> http://www.********.com/iamhyp

If that works then keep on doing that. I tried that, but my energy levels were low, couldnt think clearly and I couldnt get a pump in the gym, and I was as flat as a pnacake. I have to have carbs to function for my job. I'm a personal trainer so I have to be energetic as possible all day. But If thats working then perfect!! Keep it up untill your body gets used to it. Then switch it up!

Hey, welcome to the Challenge. I am looking forward to following your journey!!!
I'm trying to get down to 5% myself and hold onto as much lean muscle as possible. I'd love to bulk up for bigger muscle in the future and cut the fat all the way back down again, but I want to prove to myself that I can down that low to begin with!

Hi, With a hard core training regiment, the best way to gain mass and strength is to use;
*cyclo bolan,(test enhancer)
*carno cre(creatine/beta alanine),
*cycle rem gf(to enhance the release of IGF and GH) and
*cyclo clenz(detox the liver from unpurified foods or drugs)
10 to 12 weeks on it, then cyclo off of it for about 4 weeks and repeat.

Today was a good day. I'm getting very lean so I dont need to drop my carbs to 0g on my rest days anymore. Tomorrow is a new day, and it is chest day. I will go into the gym and kill it, and tear up the weights with rage. Controlled rage..that is. lol. 5 to 6 exercises depending on how I feel. I usually stop once i lose my pump. 3-4 sets each of 10-12 reps. Followed up by 50 minutes of cardio. I cant wait! I love this.

I was up at 4 am doing cardio on an empty stomach. I'm down super low in bodyfat and it's getting stubborn. I'll bust right through this plateau. No matter what it takes. 20 minutes of cardio down 30 more to go. I will be doing chest today. Gonna push it today. I'll be usin my juggernaut and beta alanine tomorrow for back.
