Welcome to the contest! Looking good so far!
Your training partner's name is pain. You start out trying to ignore him. Can't do it. You attempt to reason with him. No way. You try to strike a bargain. Hah. You plead. You say "Please stop, please go away. I promise never ever to do this again if you just leave me alone." But he won't. Pain only climbs off if you do. Then you're beaten. "

Talking Yesterday's workout. Very good workout.

    Back workout from yesterday.
Pull ups, lat pull ,barbell row, seated row, hammer strength row. Everything was 10-12 reps, 3 sets. I finished up with 50 minutes on the treadmill. Thinking about increasing my cardio to 1 hour this week. I need striations in my glutes!!!! This is SERIOUS!!!!!! Beta alanine pre and post workout . 5g glutamine pre and post. Abs are every other day so today I will do 1 set of 100 reps with resistance today.I'll pose for 30 minutes later today after my shoulder workout.

I usually try to stick with 50,30,20 or 50,40,10. That usually works for me. I alternate between those two. sometimes Ill go lower on my carbs if the bodyfat isn't dropping fast enough. Then i'll bump it back up. What is everyone elses marcro break down?

    Thumbs up Legs day....

Leg press. 4 sets of 100. Lying hamstring curl. Superset with leg extension. Barbell squats. Seated hamstring curls. Most everything was 10-12 reps. Took juggernaut today and beta alanine pre and post!!!! Holy crap that's some goood stuff. Felt strong, felt like my skin was gonna tear. Very very potent combo. Can't wait for tomorrow.
Still at 6 meals per day sometime 7 if I'm very hungry.

Thumbs up Today was a good day

Took in about 2500 calories today and burned about 3000. Too much of a deficit. Need to correct this so I don't lose too much weight too soon. Checked my. Bodyfat today with the calipers and I'm about 4% this is hard to maintain. I have to maintain this for 3 more weeks till my show. Yikes. I'll do it. My weight is at 198. Can't lose any more. Usually I weigh 198 on the day of my show. Not 3 weeks out lol. This is new to me. Cant sai for my Chest workout tomorrow . Gonna add in some drop sets so I can bein out some striations and really get a good pump. Let's do this!!!!!!!!

Right now its egg whites and steak for breakfast with oatmeal. All the other meals is 10 oz of tilapia or canned tuna with yams or brown rice. Some days I'll throw in a shake. How many grams are you taking in?
